I only do flat bench once every 2-3 bench days because it’s very taxing on my CNS

Zoomers are such soft pussies

It’s called lifting heavy enough to challenge yourself lil bro
>>
>>77588587
the only positive part of this is that the racks at my gym now are always empty while the machines and cables are jammed with zoomers

They are making a mistake falling for the "burn" and muh pump bullshit. That shut doesn't generate myofibrillar hypertrophy ir neuromuscular adaptation. As a result, I end up coming into the gym and lifting literally 2x the weights of zoomers who have approximately my size with their pump.
Mind you, most of the time like you said they are stuck on geriatric-tier machine exercises.
It's really pathetic on some profound level, beyond just the results or lack thereof. They're not demonstrating any physical strength or ballz or passion. They train like limp noodles.

>flat bench
Why would you do it ever?
It's the worst version of the press and I feel like people only even do it so they can make some claim about how much they lift even though they never do real reps or for that matter do a rep with the level of stretch possible on incline

Powerlifting is quite literally a meme joke at this point

I do it every 2-3 weeks because my fucking right pec keeps getting strained. I pulled it doing tricep pushdowns 2 months ago of all fucking things. Kill me.

They have achieved your size without the wear and tear of lifting 2 x the weights. Are you this dumb?
>>
>>77593135
You want to be weak?
>>
>>77593135
If you lift without gaining strength, your muscles go away when you stop lifting. If youve gained strength, your muscles dont go away even after youve stopped lifting.
>>
>>77588616
Explain how it doesn't without making yourself sound more wrong and retarded
>>
>>77593135
This assumes they are not lifting more because of their technique.

It also assumes they have the same form/posture.

poor form at lower weights, but heavy for you, would no doubt cause more wear and tear/increase risk of injury.

most people have poor form tho, so your statement is still fair/applicable.

>If I could bench all the time and chest outgrown everything else, or more like legs vs upper body for the sake of simplicity and it being common
If you get "too big" at one thing guess what, that's what you are actually doing right in at least one way.
