Doing good man
This is the best time to get as big and strong as you possibly can. You have everything working your favor. Pack as much muscle onto your frame as you possible can. Definitely be over 200. Think like 220... AFTER you cut. Ayways that muscle will then stick you for life. Muscle is hard to build but easy to maintain. Build all the muscle now, while you have everything going for. Imagine trying to build muscle in your 40s. Way harder. Do it now. Get big and strong and be set for life.

The world would be a better place without you

You don’t look like you bench that much. I am 175 and do 185 x 8… and I’m bigger than you, and leaner. How did you do 225x3 with small lats? I’m not trying to be a dick, but honestly, I don’t see 225x3 from that picture. And you look young and 20%+ bf.

And the DL should be higher. I do 350x5. Your bench is forward of your DL.

Are doing strict Bench? Are you being honest?

Ass pic sexc?

Because strength != muscle size (to a point). I do 30kg pull ups for reps and my friend has a wider back despite being weaker on pull ups (we are same height and weight).

Some people are just naturally strong but don't look it. I benched 1pl8 for easy sets of 10 my first day in the gym, ~145lbs bw. I know that isn't exactly strong but it's better than most beginners. It only took me 6-7 months to get 225lbs 5x5

I look terrible and weigh 190lbs and I can rep 315lbs bench, nobody believes me when I tell them. I've always been strong but never actually looked strong, there's guys who I'd swap physiques with in a heartbeat who are a lot weaker than me

lets see
>I'm possibly a bit more fat
>you mog me on bench by 2 reps
>I mog you on squat by 5 lb
>Deadlift about the same as I've done 2x5 with 315
>Dont remember my pr on these
Overall you're unacceptably close. I must become stronger so that's no longer the case.
it's a moggy mog world after all.

cool vidya bro

You look good but join a frat

Why only 225x3? 5 aint that much more and is more respectable. You could do it today if you tried. Stop selling yourself short.

Doing back work so slow and strict does not seem to work for you with lats it's more of a muscle anyone can build because spamming rows and pull-ups is easy. I mean you can do reps like that but it seems your rear delts are the only muscle going near failure.

I think it would almost be a curse to be stronger than me, but not look like it.

Thanks for the answer, I’m still learning. I’m not big or strong… yet.

Pretty solid upper body strength anon, but please for the love of God get that squat up another 70 pounds.
