You probably need something that provides v2ray.
Ask customer support of ivpn what they can do for your in your country. You can encrypt your e-mail to them using GPG. These guys provide a gui and it bundles v2ray.

Cryptostorm also provides v2ray and several other unique obfuscation/tunneling options, but you need to do it on the command line, he doesn't give you a client. Roll your own
