the nvidia app doesnt have Multiple Displays Management, Custom Resolutions, Desktop Resizing, Color corrections, video color / image settings, ambient occlusion setting, antialiasing modes. if you use any of those features then nigvida are taking a big shit in your mouth by retiring control panel.
