ya these couple years are going to be insane. companies have literally just stopped hiring because they don't know what the fuck is going on with AI and they don't want to be stuck with more useless devs when they can be replaced with AI. they're also just not really firing anyone unless youre at a FANG level deal. I think the good news is, if you persist you can probably make it. the bad news is, its like covid where you half to flip burgers at mcdonalds for half a year before you get a single call back.
