My a bit incoherent critique of Purgatorio:
First, in modern terms Purgatory is a giant brainwashing facility, a boot camp where everyone must pass all seven terraces (pacifist must pass the terrace of wrathful, someone who lived under vow of chastity must past the flames of the terrace of lustful etc.) The point is not an individual treatment. In Dante's theology there's an ideal shape of soul and sin distorts it. The point is a restoration of the soul to manufacturer's settings (and if nothing of you remains in process – your bad.) Dante meets some who passed through purgatory and they're best described as interchangeable Stepford Smilers. (Dante's God loves you so much you'll get your eyes sewn shut with barbed wire for your greater good. And who defines the greater good? God. The circularity is total. Dante calls it love. I call it a closed loop.)
And speaking of theology, Dante was a lousy theologian: he wanted to marry two incompatible visions: Aristotlean graded "Nicomachean Ethics" (The vices respectively fall short of or exceed what is right in both passions and actions, while virtue both finds and chooses that which is intermediate) with St. Augustine's binary and extremist "City of God" (Either you love God to the point of self-contempt or you love yourself and therefore you must be hating God.) And predictably failed. You cannot balance eudaimonia with total and totalitarian Amor dei. Purgatory is a 7-terrace rehab clinic for Aristotelian habit-correction... and then says the exit requirement is Augustinian self-annihilation.
And coming back to purgatory being voluntary, so are the modern boot camps (and their brainwashing strategies – most notably the terrace of slothful with NLP programming and running till you experience an ego death are eerily similar.) And you consent to the purgatory in the state of (literal) terminal distress at your most vulnerable. It's carrying stones on a terrace of prideful or hell for eternity. The choice is yours.

It's been a while for me as well, but I'd suspect cheeky. It's sometimes used to describe panties that show some cheek. Otherwise, I've noticed it doesn't like combined words that it doesn't recognize. It might get mad at catburglar even though there's nothing wrong with it.

After intensively testing 25 other combinations, I determined that it was something to do with the man having a white handkerchief, especially in his pocket, that caused the system to freak out. I was able to create men with pocket handkerchiefs (which ironically were mainly white anyway) but if I asked for anything more on top then it would freak out anyway. Must really hate pockets as a precautionary measure.

This is the prompt that werked (adjusted to be less fugly):
