>>108943759Most Gov IT shops have very few or usually no Devs. Where there is a Dev they will just be maintaining .bat, .ps or SQL. A lot of their ancient custom Apps use VB.NET not even C#.NET. Public sector IT is pretty much a museum of technology in most places
