Some FFmpeg build with libavm AV2 encoder for Windows, some new build of Media Player Classic Home Cinema with dav2d.

However, currently the speed of encoding is almost impractical for video files, but the future of AV2-in-AVIF might be bright already, I'm waiting for that to happen somehow (>>108932085).
