/g/'s thoughts on the dual-core quantum computer?

A man with two watches is never quite sure what time it is.
>>
>>108963601
Easy, just get a third one and always take the median value
>>
>>108963601
You're thinking of a man with no watches.
>>
I'm not sure

>claims incredible power efficiency, but lacks critical performance
bit like my pc when it's turned of init?
>>
Is this just a random number generator? Do they get anything other than noise out of it?
>>
>>108963584
seems like a meme

>claims

lol

chinese news is always a meme. when china makes wild claims about tech, it's most often false.

Implevessive!
>>

to be fair nobody knows what time actually is

I'm curious about this too lol
Every video on quantum computing is
>in quantum we have qbits instead of bits
>unlike bits we don't know if the qbit is positive or negative
>but somehow there is a method to this madness
>and if you think you know how quantum works, you don't because we don't either!
So wtf are they even studying?
>>
>>108963584
Ehh. As cool as it is there are multiple avenues being explored right like like Photonics and Neuromorphic computing. We will have to wait and see which one hits the market first.

nothing.
quantum physics 'weirdness' is a misunderstanding of reality. an extrapolation based on flawed observations.
no quantum 'computer' has ever been shown to do anything remotely useful or operate as expected.
double slit experiment is an example of quantum theory yet quantum computers need to be zero kelvin to operate? why?
quantum computing is a money laundering scheme.
schrodingers cat was originally intended to make fun of these people, not to explain it.

the closest thing to a quantum computer is an actual computer doing a simulation. thats all they have.

quantum physicists write 'A' and 'B' on two pieces of paper, shuffle them and put them in envelopes blindfolded. then they fly one envelope to pluto and open it. based on what is written on the paper they can instantly deduce what is written on the other piece of paper without having to wait on a phone call from earth to tell them. this is somehow supposed to be impressive?
they are quacks.

just connect your watch to GPS satellites :^)

>china developed a new 5nm chip a year or two ago and congress holds an entire session trying to figure out how in the fuck they managed to do that
yeah it's all just a meme buddy, a big joke
>>
>>108963584
it sucks
>>
>>108963584
>Take a technology that's already hard to work with
>Now make it multithreaded
It sounds like a victory but it's simply "man is the first to shart himself on farting competition"
>>
>China claims
Don't care, China is #1 liars
