When I returned to windows it's still giving me problems after being uninstalled.
Imagine getting filtered by Linux and then once again by Windows.
>>108966272Linux is shit, but when I switched back to windows, I realized windows is feces incarnate, It's so tiresome there are no good operating systems anymore
>>108966272>When I returned to windows it's still giving me problems after being uninstalled.Let me guess dual boot problems? Of course linux will use the EFI partition.
Windows is dogshit and the Linux community consists of a bunch of unhelpful autists who naively make the assumption that everyone who asks a question knows about as much as they do.

I'd just like to interrupt for a sec, What's refereed to as "Shitdows" in-fact is GNU/DOS, or I've recently refered to it as DOS+AI+GNU or DAU-OS for shortMicrosoft Agents run a modified DOS system every day, and that is used to distract DAU-OS users widely dubbed as "Microslop spyware"DOS is the kernel; the program in the system allocates VRAM until there's nothing less for programs. It can only function on proprietary Nvidia 50 series assuming no fires.Copilot, a large language model, uses the power of generative AI to log into command GNU utils to give the illusion of owning a machine while the user purchases a subscription and gives their ID to ensure they are not a minor.Minors are locked out of "Adult" features like browsing YouTube in some places or accessing edutainment sites on School grounds. All the so-called "Windows 11+ beyond (extended life updates) / Slop-OS" are infact DAU-OS, pronounced like "DOS". This is the new era of computing since 2026, and your "non Gnu" or "Gnu / Linux" OS are violations of our terms of serviceoutside of WSL. Note that WSL stands for "Windows Subsystem Linux" but is effectively "Wow Slow Linux" and remember, linux is short hand for "Gnu / Linux".See my sources https://www.theverge.com/news/941314/microsoft-windows-11-developer-optimized-experience-linux

Windows 10 or Windows 11?

>>108966287How about this modens linux and windows are both bollocks written by troons and jeets who don't love computers or the people who use them at all.
I switched to Fedora KDE 4 months ago. Every time I had a question I checked the manual page or arch wiki or asked Gemini (asking AI is a million times more productive than trying to search Google in 2026 because the results are extremely skewed towards what it thinks you want instead of what you actually searched for).Kept Windows around with dual boot setup because I assumed I would need to go back there from time to time even if I am mainly using Linux. Well, that never happened so far. Everything I do on a computer just works on Linux. But I'm still hesitant to format the Windows drive for extra space because I feel like as soon as I do that something will happen to my Linux installation that will make me go "Why did I delete Windows AAAH".

>>108966306>trvkeyes, linux sucks in some ways and it's really annoying when it does, but windows sucks even more. at least on linux I feel like the platform is improving every fucking day

>>108967308How is that windows fault?
>>108967308If you installed it on a separate drive, you can just delete the EFI partition (probably a volume). You’ll need the command line though, because it’s probably set as ‘protected’. Very straight forward, AI can guide you through the steps. Basically it’s just diskpart and then listing and selecting the volume followed by ‘delete volume override’

>>108969046>>108969075>>108969103Ironically, Linux might be your saving grace in this situation.1 - Make sure your data is safe first (if it has not already been lost). Then worry about installing a bootable OS.2 - You can live-boot most distros from their installation media these days. Use this to get access to a functioning OS.3 - You may have to boot the installation media directly from your BIOS.4 - Backup all your files that you cannot risk losing. Ideally on an external drive or removable media that won't be affected by any partitioning/formatting mistakes.5 - Install your preferred OS.6 - Consider using a password manager (or at least backing up your password file regularly).

All Linux distros should have a big red flashing warning that you shouldn't attempt to install them if you don't know how to follow basic instructions. Make tick a "I am not mentally handicapped" box.

that you dont know computers and that you are stupid doesnt make the linux community bad, theres dozens of tutorials in youtube and nowdays linux its as easy as windows for almost everything, try linux mint or something, once installed all works without doing nothing, if it gives u problems with ur windows cz u installer evil zzz DO NOT INSTALL linux bad and it messes with ur windows its NOT linux comunity fault that you are stupid, and gaming its just click and play if u use steam, of course fornite wont run or call of duty but why would u play CIA sponsored propaganda/spyware thats not even fun
>>108970174None of us know about computers tho, we are a larping boardGo back to hackernews you fucking retarded experienced user kek look at this faggot being competent
Windows 11 on a 14900k and 64gb of ram isn’t so bad. I can understand it being ass on a toaster from 2017 though. Doubly so if you were silly enough to upgrade from 10. You gotta start from scratch for best results. So glad 11 is getting bad press though. Microsoft will make it better.
>>108966272>he buyed an linux
>>108970187lmao he believes he's having a competent argument, what a loser
The problem i have after leaving linux is the leftover entries I can't purge.
if it is uefi boot entries that vex you, use bcdedit to remove them.
