>>108970139Having seen "advanced AI resume analysis" in hiring it actually means the job application SaaS adding a useless chatbot to their website. Maybe the hiring manager dropping 50 PDFs into Chatgpt and asking it to rank them, which is basically just a lottery. But 99% of the time it's them Ctrl-F searching keywords from the posting in your resume and looking at years of experience.
