a lot of the layoffs were just because they overhired during covid to exploit government funding, and used ai as a cover when they fired them again

AI actually reduce my productivity because I spent a good portion of my day prompting for a Mastadon scraper to pull posts with positive and negative tags and a blacklist, then saving the images to a folder along with metadata so I can display them in a booru style format for gooning purposes.
