>>108987770
I'm starting to miss nicotroon. Anyone else?
This is a scam, right?
>>108987843nah pulse and reaper are like that, thats why i keep saying buying reaper or pulse is goodmaybe that was customer return or outlet product or something
with popular tech youtubers speculating on the end of personal computing and nvidia shifting its focus to ai, will we still be able to build rigs in the near future or will it be way too expensive then?
>>108987843>>108987881Will a Ryzen 5 7600X bottle neck a 9070XT at all?
>>108987843Nah, I wouldn't be surprised to find a 9070xt at that price on sale.
>>108987881>>108987912Okay, I'll risk it. But use PayPal. Because they have buyer insurance.
>>108987903according google they are fantastic couple get reaper or sapphire pulse if you are getting them
Hi bros, I gave a 5070ti as a gift to my brother, but he has an old AM4 rig (Ryzen 5 3600x, 16gb ddr4) and complained about a laggy/hitchy experience when loading games.I saw a second hand offer for a Ryzen 7 5700X + an ASUS B550-F MB for about 200 EUR. Seems like a really good offer, but I'm wondering if that will make a difference for him? He mostly plays sports games like FIFA and FH6 as of late, on his TV so 4K res. Also, will any extra sticks of RAM work okay with his existing ones, or do I need to check things like timings, match mhz, etc.?
>>108987992he needs double the ram. windows is likely page swapping like crazy.
>>108987843its likely legit but it will take like 3 weeks to ship, arrive in a generic brown box, and probably have no warranty.
>>108987887I think the dooming is overblown honestly. Yes its becoming more niche and prices are up but people act like you have to dumpster dive to find a 1080 or something.
>>108987834i would use their preferred pronouns if they came back
Which one?
>RX 9070 GRE - $550 (Sapphire/XFX)>RX 9070 XT - $650 (Gigabyte model)Is the XT worth $100 over the GRE for 1440p gaming?
>>108988056the cheapest 2k OLED with 240 refresh rate
>>108988193GRE is poor people GPU always get XT.
>>108988202I'm 100% burning the oled, so no.
I can't afford to build a computer.
>>108988056are the filters just ips 1440p and 27in?
I have literally forgotten what cooler is in my computer
>>108988295Yes
>>108988193sure brah it'll do 1440p@30fps just about fine
>>108988306Just look inside
>>108988317can't be bothered
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Vz2FsKUpgrading my 2018-ish existing PC. I intend to buy the re-release of the 5800X3D on the 25th when it comes out. It will be replacing an R7-2700X that is still using the stock AMD Wraith prism cooler. The 9070 XT is replacing an XFX RX 590 Fat Boy. Gaming at 1440p. Red flags? Is there any reason to HAVE TO replace my current PSU if it's not having problems?
>>108987992Do the games load from a fast SSD?
>>108988348it's fine buy them and forget this trash hobby for another 10 years
>>108988348> if it's not having problemsOf course not.
>>108988359yeah the state of PC building is pretty garbage. Hoping this machine lasts me a long while>>108988363ok. idk, someone I was talking to made it sound like I had a ticking time bomb in my PC because I wasn't buying a new PSU once a year.
>>108987843It's not, but if you buy it, you can call your bank and tell them it was. They will give you your money back and you can keep the GPu. I do this all the time. Fuck China.
Whats a better deal? I can build on my own but dont want to /have time + want it nowhttps://www.adverts.ie/desktops/gaming-pc/40235232https://www.adverts.ie/desktops/zero-cable-btf-9800x3d-5070ti/40025935https://www.adverts.ie/desktops/high-end-gaming-pc-i5-14600kf-rtx-4080s/40205992
>>108988056Took a look through them I'd say either the first Gigabyte or the third Gigabyte or the Dell. Not sure what exactly you want it for but this should at least narrow it down. Either way you can always just re-return it
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xptt7wI’m currently mulling over replacing my 2019 build with a mini ITX one to save some desk space. Is there any red flags, bottlenecks or any of that kind that I could’ve missed?
