Where can I learn AI as a boomer? I'm decent with ChatGPT, learning Claude Cowork now but have a lot to go. I'm having a hard time finding good resources that are simple enough for a retarded boomer and not some jew trying to sell me a AI course to build 9001 followers in a week.
>>108993629here, only $50 dollarinos to not get brainrot, thnak me later.https://www.oreilly.com/online-learning/pricing.html
>>108993629Look into opencode, you can use multi agents for free now. There are some security issues to think about as a beginner. It depends on what you want to do with it. Just help you keep shit organized? Maybe one of the cheap paid services. If you want to make stuff on your own without spending, use opencode and learn about the new models, harness, APIs, gateways... Go slow or you will probably pwn yourself.also /VCG/ and lurk.

>>108993685>>108993712I'm still learning what it CAN do..but...initially was thinking:>drafting emails in my voice (i've kinda got claude cowork doing okay at this now)>managing my house (insurance, maintenance, taxes, budget, etc)>AI to help me with a volunteer organization i run, reaching out for membership renewals, monitoring the WhatsApp group, suggesting improvements to me, basically being the Executive Director. What are you guys having AI do you for?
>>108993731it can do this shit but you have to be willing to give your soul up to openai
>>108993731I use AI to strip vocals out of tracks so I can get the instrumentals and as a gf substitute
>>108993731All that stuff is great, but you should learn carefully how to do it. It is possible. You can do stuff locally now. Look into PewDiePie's latest adventure just to get an idea, then openclaw, and opencode and hermes. But seriously, you have a lot to learn. It's possible but take it slow, especially with your household finances.
>>108993792Yeah I'll take it slow. Right now the email review in the morning it is writing me drafted replies but I have to copy and paste them to send, and so forth... so, everything I'm checking. Thanks anon
>>108993731>insurance, maintenance, taxes, budget, etcBe careful, it is shitty with numbers. It will eventually make a mistake that would set you off orders of magnitude in $$$, not just a little. It's one thing to talk about money in general, figuring out exact details from a bunch of legal nonsense in lawyer language. But it's completely different when it comes to exact numbers. It can't count for shit. Worst thing is that it may be very convincing and let you down when you don't expect it.There is no cure to this. Except for maybe using something like wolphram machematica hooked up to your LLM though MCP or something like that. Although I have not personally tried that yet.
stay safe out there boomanon
>>108993842I was thinking more like have all my documents loaded, remind me for HVAC maintenance, landscaping stuff (tree trimming), cleaning lint out of the exhaust, deep cleaning soffits, little small stuff, like learning as I report house problems/things to do. And eventually drafting emails and texts for quotes or asking for service (for me to approve). >>108993859yeah i feel like I need to be the executor still haha, don't trust it that much. I'm already wary giving it email access even though it's read-only for now.
