Xfce is the default, and you can easily purge systemd to go full sysvinit. You'll notice 200-300 MB RAM is freed up compared to Xubuntu, Linux Mint Xfce etc... If you're willing to go without Xfce, then a distro like AntiX will shave off another couple hundred MB RAM. Worth it IMHO. That being said, if you're comfy with Xubuntu and don't mind the overhead, no reason to fix what isn't broken for you.

Anyway, fucking ADHD rambling. Faggot new doctor took me off Vyvanse so my comments turn into faggot blog posts.
