Context: Sonny Piers was banned a while ago with nothing much being said to the community.Turns out, Sonny knew that the GNOME foundation wasn't paying it's contractors, and he threatened to go public with the info, accidentally lost his temper while talking about it, somebody snitched, and the CoCC got him banned. They also tried to make him sign a gag order, and threatened to write a defamatory article against Sonny. All of this over a shitty Linux Desktop environment.
