Tech/software sector is dead in Russia. We had some offices of companies like intel, nvidia, jeetbrains, microslop, epam, luxoft... Now it's just Yandex and some banks, defense (drones) and government media companies like VK.

Basically no jobs right now and massive layoffs. And it's not AI related because in Russia you can't legally use claude or codex, just some chinese local models... Business collapsed, projects cancelled. There's no even jobs in ai integration, agents and other ai shit.
All i know is that only internet censorship companies are hiring people..

Also most of experienced folks left country in 2022 and moved to EU countries (germany, netherlands, uk, ireland) or moved to serbia, armenia, georgia, cyprus, kazakhstan and other shitholes...
