>>109025771This is mostly true. There is one particular application I use that is sort of my personal test. It's obviously being vibe-coded and while it looks nice and has a LOT of features it doesn't work for shit. The guys drop updates twice a week and it still doesn't work reliably. The veneer of a good application is what AI coding has gotten them. They couldn't have made this finished app in a short few months without it but it also does not actually work very well. Many such cases. The problem for them all will be that they might prove user demand in a space but won't be able to keep it if anyone who builds an application that works reliably moves in on it.
