I realize its been years since I actually made a coding project for the love of the game, shit just feels so tedious, AI played it all out. Casually look into cybersec , omg u mean I can just work in various shell ecosystems and just have to know commands and exploit and hack systems??? It feels like a more direct use of skill than some abstract multi layered system building. Im 30 now though, I have a bachelors in CS, I need to know if I missed the boat to actually "git gud" in cybersec and this shit is like esports where the greats top out at like 23yo, my priority is my life and paying the bills but I wanna do this on the side, am I wasting my time caring about cybersec? I don't wanna get excited for nothing and can't be great at it
