>>109035415woah
>>109035424>nooooooooooo you don't understand you have to literally spoon feed it the answer or else it won't work.
>>109035415looks decentpassable as a game asset if the style fits
>>109035424NTA, but someone who has ben called a luddite for not embracing LLMs: I'll use AI the moment i have a legit use case for it. Still have not figured out anything i'd need it for.
>>109035415Works on my machine
>>109035491here is mine
This is the bare minimum I would expect from my $200 billion investment.
>>109035491you cheated by explicitly asking for>high quality

>>109035424ahh stonetoss and tone-deaf bootlicking, like peanut butter and jelly
>>109035415Ask for openSCAD geometry code thing. Maybe it would be better?
>>109035501
>>109035537lily?
>>109035415As much as I like to laugh at generative AI being dumb, I don't think it's doing so bad here. Let's see you make a better 3D flower using Notepad. For only being able to directly write vertex coordinates and not use 3D modeling tools or even draw the thing on graph paper and then mark some vertices, that's not such a bad flower.
>>109035580nta but i think i can do it like a hair better, but not really beyond thatit's a fair result really
>>109035580That's literally how computers see the data though. When computers procedurally generate something they're not reving up an editor and modeling it like a human they're modeling it one byte at a time.
>>109035580>>109035621in fact that raises an additional question, why does AI try to approach problems like a human when it would be a trillion times more efficient to approach it like the machine it is?
>>109035632same reason you ask on furChins instead of getting a degree in machine learning
>>109035643I am getting it right from the horses mouth.
>>109035621i think one of the decent mental models for llms at the moment is thinking them as a book that writes itself
Actually fucking crying right now.
>>109035621Computer programs designed to handle 3D models yeah. LLMs no.
>>109035657>it will shatter because WE [humans] understand gravitythere's your answer, cowboy
>>109035632Because what's generating that is an LLM, a neural net designed to process language. It can't visualize things or think visually, that's more the job of an image generation or computer vision model. It processes that array of vertices as a one-dimensional stream of tokens, and it can only output them, not go back to review or revise ones it's already spit out.
