Will Samsung give him a new SSD?
>>109047863i think hes got a pointi get that he's sometimes bit dramatic but he's the one who acts too, not talks onlyi unironically fully support that guy
>>109047863I hope this kike unironically dies. Can he make a single video without tone changing or sounding like dramatic outraged tranny?Just present the facts.
>>109047872>but he's the one who acts too, not talks onlyUnlike a certain neanderthal from North Carolina that has a crush on him
>>109047863The central issue around his aspie induced rage is Samsung saying the drive is OK and Louis saying it isn’t. I think once Samsung establishes the drive is bad he’ll get a replacement one regardless of the $800 price increase. Hell, they might have even given him $1000 cash since that is the market value for it atm.I fully agree with Louis’ perspective and think he should be made whole. I also think he has Steve Nexus levels of Asperger's and fucked himself over being the asswipe he was toward customer support. Steve being the nasally little bitch he was during the Raptor Lake arc was why he didn’t get help right away getting his processor replaced. Louis throwing the fit, immediately making threats and then revealing some of his leftie bias wouldn’t make anyone want to help him faster.
Rossmann does what I don’t have the energy to do myself.I wouldn’t be surprised if Samsung have some bullshit escape clause in the user agreement that allows them to object to a replacement, but it’s nice to see some autist actually force them to take their medicine.
>>109047898>I think once Samsung establishes the drive is badThey should have done that first go around. He already sent it in once and they claimed it was good and sent it back to him.Rage is justified.I honestly don't get this talking point where you have to be a perfect little angel and say pwease and thank you when the issue at hand is a company sent you something broken.Samsung sent back a drive that was fucked well after Louis sent detailed info on the issue.Intel shipped defective processors, en mass. This wasn't a random failure but a failure in development which is less excusable.People are gonna be mad and that doesn't cancel out a company's obligations.
>>109047863No. Just stop being poor
>>109047887>>109048050
>>109047898No, Samsung wrote to him that they have no replacement drives in stock, not the same and not a better one. He would get the money back, which is about 300 dollars. Though Samsung itself is currently selling the same drives for on Amazon for about 900 instead of 300 dollars. Louis asks the "um actually" community not to say in the video comments: "Um actually, that's a different warehouse."
We should boycott the shit out of Samsung. They made RAM a lot more expensive, together with the other 2 big manufacturers. They screw customers like Louis. We should not buy a washing machine from them or a phone or anything else, ever again. We should recommend Samsung products to no one, ever again.
>>109048038Probably because you have little to no experience dealing with giant corporations. Of course Samsung should’ve done this right the first go around. Louis should’ve sent his report with pictures from the getgo if that’s what Samsung requested, too.My point is that Louis, just like that idiot Steve, are justified in being as pissed off as they want. Louis is ultimately just making everything harder on himself going the litigation route if you ask me. I would’ve dragged things out a bit and really let Samsung shoot themselves in the foot a few times before going that route. >>109047898Check out https://semiconductor.samsung.com/consumer-storage/support/warranty/ where it says:> Samsung will, at its option, either: (1) repair or replace the Product with new or refurbished Product of equal or greater capacity and functionality; or (2) refund the then current market value of the Product at the time the warranty claim is made to Samsung if Samsung is unable to repair or replace the ProductThe part where it says “refund the current market value” is what makes me think he has a shot at 1000 instead of 300.
>>109047887The fact he gets outraged easily is what pushes him to advocate and push for change.Any other person would just have taken the L and moved on
>>109047887You're not fooling anyone mordecai
>>109048713Kek Autism is literally Louis' superpower
>>109047863i doubt it theyre basically jews
>>109047863Probably not. Doesn't generate the same level of shareholder value as just making him buy a new one.
>>109048713Outrage is not the driving force behind consistent calculated action being seen to the end. I think Ross Scott (Freeman's Mind / Stop Killing Games) put his finger on it best, something along the lines of:>I might not be [the sharpest knife in the drawer], but what I have is persistence. I'm like a dog who bites down and just won't let go.Rossmann has also said that he (himself) has an extremely high tolerance for failure.
>>109047863It was promised to him... 3,000 years ago.
>>109056645Louis is Italian Anon, not Jewish even though Italians kinda look like it sometimes, He looks like Vin Diesel sometimes.
