What extensions are your must haves, and what language do you code in?
I'm dumping VSCode for Sublime Text because I don't want to update twice daily.
unironically none, theres no point in opening vs code anymore when you have claude code or codexand i dont mean this in an exaggerated ai fan way, theres just no point in using an ide with extensions that are supposed to make things easier and efficient anymore; theres nothing more efficient than aiso a simple text editor like nano or micro is enough for the few times you need to open a file like adding secrets/keys/env variables

>>109048747vscode extensions are dangerous, that's why they have added auto-update minimum release age but it is still trash:because it does not apply for install, just update: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/321136and Microsoft, GitHub and Open AI are excluded, as they are "trusted publishers": https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/321151but soon it's user configurable: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/pull/321039fuck this shit, I moved to Zed
