Obsidian has become a crutch for me, I didn't understand the second brain thing until I started power using it. Now I script and write plugins for everything to be piped into my vault. Learning markdown language has unironically probably been the most important "language" of any kind I've learned. It's allowed me to get my ideas down and organize everything. I think in markdown. I dream in markdown. I have my own idiosyncratic and style of markdown to further speed things up and for information retrieval.zettelkasten with obsidian + Anki got me through school. Learning to learn is a legit cheat code.
