They each have 100 MHz of spectrum, and you can get around a gigabit on an empty site but as we know, that will get congested too once people start replacing their devices with ones that support those bands. I've seen some reviews on retailer websites showing negligible gains with these expensive 5G routers that either the antennae are lemons that do nothing or that their gains could have been achieved with a 4G router at half the cost, unless all of these are just the result of user error.
