I've never spent more than $200 on a phone, usually under $150. And I get by just fine. This proves everyone that spends more is a retard.
Ever since COVID every company is testing how high they can push prices without pushing people away.It used to be competing for the lowest possible price, but when things became scarce with either supply constraints or scalping it became clear that people will willingly pay two or three times the price.Apple could sell it at $2k and still sell tens of millions.
