It's like this on purpose, you keep newcomers out of an established industry by helping to write the burdensome "regulatory" laws, that large corporations can deal with by having entire teams of lawyers dedicated to compliance but small businesses literally cannot afford to keep up.Same with the HTML standard, you have to implement the whole fucking thing and all it's stupid quirks or your alternative web browser is literally broken.
