Why are there AI fans if AI is going to create massive economic inequality and either make everyone poor and/or living off government assistance? Were they tricked? Did they just not think that far? Do they just want everyone (including themselves) poor? I see a lot of them say that UBI will save us but that doesn't make sense and they usually don't have much to back up the idea that UBI will need to be implemented and especially zero clue who would pay for it.
