The topic is pretty niche, so please at least bump the thread so it doesn’t sink too quickly. It’s niche, but it’s something that would be useful to every one of us. Right now, my browser seems to keep only a relatively small amount of history and may even delete it after some time. The only thing I want from life is a browser that won’t delete my browsing history and that will work on both phone and PC. Right now I use Waterfox and IceRaven. It also has to support fucking uBlock. Do you have anything? It can be an extension as well. However, a link alone might not be enough at a minimum, because I’d rather have a screenshot of the page I was on. I know there’s the Internet Archive, but I’d prefer to keep it locally. Storage space isn’t a problem—I have 256 GB on my phone.
I'm annoyed by this too. My firefox history only goes back about a month. Apparently it's entry based rather than time based. Why does the entry limit need to be so small? Surely even a decade's worth of history is only going to be around a couple of hundred MBs worth of text max.
Oh thank fuck I'm not going schizo. So it isn't just me. Firefox (Zen) too. Almost feels like it randomly decides to remove the most important entries from the history, while keeping useless junk like searches.
use case for browser history?

>>109103737Are you sure the problem is both on PC and Mobile? I know anons said that Firefox Mobile tends to act weird and arbitrary when it comes to history, but I never noticed anything of the sort on PC. I haven't been keeping track though.
history is stored in an sqlite file, which seems to have a max size of 50mb and there is no option to change it
