I always disable IPv6.
Reddit and orange reddit get mad at me, say I hamper progress.
Worse privacy and security is progress? Well, fuck you and your IPv6 then.

They also say you can't host stuff on IPv4 with NAT. That's a lie.

So what's with all this IPv6 shilling?

I have a whole /48
Good luck finding me when the privacy extensions rotate my ip automatically

It's true when you're behind multilayered CG-NAT.
>>
I don't even know what IPv6 is. I'm on a computer, that's all that matters.

My country has 4x the IP addresses than it has people, and typically one IP is for one household. Some households do not have network.
Mobile data has about 100 or so rotated CG-NAT IPs.
So I actually do not need more than IPv4. It will be enough for my country for the next 100 years
And I do not care about other countries.
No reason to use an unsigned long long long name when I can just use the address with 4 numbers in it that is comparatively easy to remember.

Amen brother

Your devices and usage habits are tracked more easily with IPv6, because every device has its own address.
Privacy extensions make it slightly less bad, but it's still overall worse than IPv4.

Ipv6 is for third worlders

every networking problem i had was because IPv6... i started disabling it everywhere after one bank - on ipv4 internet banking worked and on ipv6 it showed just blank website... and they did not noticed the problem for weeks(becaues nobody uses ipv6 so they did not even noticed), so i just disable it everywhere, fuck ipv6

Lol the delusion. Your /48 range IS you. You only use a small handful of the IPs. It is incredibly easy to pinpoint you at any moment.

Enjoy your delusion
It's incredibly hard to identify whether someone has a /64 / 48 or /128 and effectively range ban them.
Enjoy your cgnat kiddos
