Web development is not in high demand right now, but there is a lot of demand in defence, at least in my european shithole. I got a job pretty easily as a new CS grad, though we're not dealing with the consequences of covid over-hiring, H1B slaves or outsourcing to cheaper countries, so you might still be fucked
