Never used Proton VPN. I picked Mullvad after trying Surfshark and getting shitty speeds. It's been pretty nice for the past 4-ish years.My tech tip is to save some money by buying parts and laptops that were refurbished by the manufacturer. Got a laptop for $500 off this year and love it except the stupid RGB seizure keyboard LEDs at startup that can't be turned off even in the hidden BIOS menu that has every other fucking setting you could possibly think of.
