>hire Indian CEO
>Indians gloat nonstop
>The company literally turn to complete shit
>Everyone minimize product use as much as they possibly can
I actually didn't think this would happen, but it did. Why didn't they spin off a company to manage windows when it stopped being their main profit driver?

imagine if jeets had the smallest amount of self awareness

Then they wouldn't be jeets. Now they all have a bot that can spew code and gas up their nonsense thoughts. Before they were limited by compilers.

SA'AR, THIRD WORLD AI, SA'AR, THE TOP LABS SHOULDN'T CONTROL THE MARKET SA'AR

Until "AI" reaches 1M to 5M tokens per second it's a nothing burger. For the operations a computer does are on the same order of difficulty as difficult as NTP. This implies that humans won't see economic benefit until LLMs get about as fast as early computers.

The CDC 6600 was the first that could do over 100k square roots per second, it could do 3M FLOPS. The 1-5M FLOPS range is when it's worth it for the system itself to start doing it's own book keeping.

My prediction is that an 8B running at 5M tokens per second will find more useful applications than a 10T running at 100-1000

funny cause earlier in the year he was heralded as a visionary and an incredible businessman, all while msft enjoying a high stock price riding chatgpt's surging trend. Now msft is crashing and copilot causes the ick

>he was heralded as a visionary
His first decision after he became the CEO was to fire the entire Windows Q&A team, and then riding the high of Azure service that was started under Ballmer.

I ain't arguing whether he deserves it or not, I just find the shift in headlines funny

The investors get the CEO they deserve.

the government doesnt care
democrats _maybe_ care in literally the slightest way but they are so profoundly retarded you're better off voting for trilionaires making the policies because at laest it wont collapse the economy

>Why didn't they spin off a company to manage windows when it stopped being their main profit driver?
Because Windows is their delivery platform.
