Gmail is forcing me to give them my phone number, I inserted the correct mail and password, the same password I have been using for years, and it's now saying "uhm, actually man, we can't sign you up, you need to give us your phone number so we can send a verification message, no other way, sorry, you just lost your account forever unless you comply"I hate them, I will go to their offices and murder them. What are some emails that don't require this bullshit?

I came here to ask this very question. But I am going to be transparent with you. I just want a burner email to sign up on some Russian torrent site. Anyway, LatAm you say?

microsoft made me do this with my outlook recently, even though I already had a 2nd auth phone number, they have literally had my number for years and suddenly they demanded another email address, i had to go make a fucking new gmail. if self hosting was feasible, I would. instead it's just more of the same, you have to pay someone for cloud hosting and are entirely dependent on them. violence is the answer.
