How did AI art go soulful to soulless?
>>
>>109172594
how did you go from normal to getting groomed into wanting to cut your cock off by a 65 year old jew on discord
>>
>>109172594
I find it more amusing that only the older model actually followed the prompt properly.
>>
>>109172594
They really thought it was okay to publish that huh
>>
>>109172594
looks like you need artists now, trannies
>>
>>109172594
Can you post the soulful image too so we can see the difference?
>>
>>109172656
these guys are as soulless as ai models they're working on lol
>>
>>109172651
They destroyed the internet so that only they'd be the only ones with the good set of training data.
>>
They trained it on reddit data.
>>
unironically rlhf
if you build your art model off the backs off data generated by the normies of the world you're going to get slop
because slop is not inherent to neural networks - slop is the human condition

Dall e 2 was created to sell the world on AI art, it had a very limited possibly manually selected dataset with stricter prompt conditioning so it could succeed in making several poster images they could show off on their website, if you remember using it you'd know it was an absolute hit or miss and you'd need to retry forever until you got something that wasn't ass

They tried to finally build a "do all" model with Dall E 3 and it could in fact do much more than 2 but the artstyle was horrendous due to larger but lower quality dataset and weird prompt conditioning oriented to inject as much detail into the image as possible even if it meant ignoring what the user asked for (I remember trying to get it to generate a blank yellow room, and it kept making detailed patterns on the wall no matter how I worded my prompt)

They know that everyone hated this style so ai slop slowly faded out, these days chatgtp or gemini can do very good images, and you even have local models running on as little as 8gb of vram which can exceed in replicating realism, digital illustrations etc..

This is an issue of the past, I make images like picrel on my shitty amd gpu with no issue

juicy MILK SPLASH on the face
>>

This. Models produce much usable results much more consistently than they used to. Older models you'd retry the same prompt dozens or hundreds of times to get a good one, which was often very good. The issue in the OP can be corrected with more specific prompting and/or using a Lora

>Dall E 3 and it could in fact do much more than 2 but the artstyle was horrendous
Maybe you’re just not aware of what Dall-E3 was actually capable of creating.
>>
>>109172594
Left hides shitty quaity behind abstraction
Right hides shitty quality behind detail
Who gives a shit about a picture of a cookie in a glass of milk? Image gen is only for gooning and advertising
>>
>>109174519
Oi, you got a prompt for that PNG?
>>
>>109176065
>youre under arrest for prompting the gpu what you bought it for
>>
>>109174519
what lora do you use
>>
>>109172651
That's true lol. I actually had a lot of fun generating paintings years ago, now everything looks exactly the same with that annoying weird cgi-like gloss like everything is covered in oil
>>
>>109172594
I couldn't find a thread to post this in, but I've been trying to get this AI Image generator to consistently deliver traditional art that is stylish and has great draftsmanship that I can learn from,
but I can't figure out how to get it to stop generating art that looks digitally made and frankly mediocre looking?
So far my best strategy has just been asking it to produce a concept sketch with a lot of detail about 400 times and getting (1) image that's close enough. Maybe that's what people are doing with AI, but apart from 'masterpiece' which doesn't work, I can't think of a way to put it.
>>
>>109172594
Model bias.
>>
>>109176065
>>109177030
No Lora, just Wai 17 with khyle as the artist tag + a regional prompting workflow I stole from /adt/, I think I'll be using anima to refine my images from now on but not for the full workload cause it's slow as shit

As for prompt I looked up individual Hikari and Nozomi illustrations on gelbooru and took the tags from there
>>
>>109172594
The modern adoptation of that cookie looks more fresh and real.
>>
>>109172651
>>109172594
they added prompt enhancement to 3. so, the prompts actually don't match - the real prompt, that we don't see.
>>
>>109172594
At least we can still tell it's AI
>>
>>109177980
It does, true. It doesn't look like an artistic painting, it looks like an airbrush "artist" "artwork"
>>
>>109172594
Because there's people that said 3 is a "significant improvement", says it right there in the image
>>
>>109178700
Does it look more finely detailed? Yes. Does it look like a painting anymore? No, not really.
>>
>>109172594
You couldve baked a million cookies with the power you just wasted on making that image
>>
>>109177078
dont forget the brown tint
>>
>>109172594
>How did AI art go soulful to soulless?
they really, really wanted to use it to make money
>>
>>109179470
how many millions are we talking
