I've been using my phone for years without a Google account, replacing the pre-installed apps with open-source ones. Today I was thinking about going back to being a normal person and just using Google services without any hassle. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

On GrapheneOS I'm using a separate work profile (or you can use the private space) to have Play Service and the cucked apps that require it to work. My main profile remains degoogled.
