The KIDS act has passed the house. If it goes through it will bring identity verification to the US and completely fuck up the internet as we know it. Discuss how to stop it below.
>>
>>109195297
I doubt it will pass the senate.
>>
>>109195315
They are owned by the jews and guess who is advocating for it.
>>
>>109195297
Just about every western country is going to shit anyways
>>
>>109195297
Isn't it funny how the US, UK, Canada, and I'm sure many other states are all in various stages of passing digital ID legislation or already implementing it? What a weird coincidence
>>
>>109195297
It's over.
>>
if companies want real-user identification so bad why don't they implement it
why does the government need to get involved
>>
>>109195576
Companies don't care it's the government that wants to spy on you.
>>
Why is this board filled with TDS posters lately? Nobody is falling for this FUD.
>>
>>109195615
Corporations spy on you all the time. They're the reason the government has such an easy time spying on you.

because our generation is a bunch of ignorant assholes who suck horribly at parenting & thought it was a good idea to hand devices capable of accessing porn to toddlers

instead of improving at parenting they just bitch at the gov't
>>
>>109195576
Because then alternative sites can pop up. It's meant stop new competition through regulatory capture, and prevent user escape to other platforms from ID implementation that none of the populace support. Democracy does not exist in the world.
>>

My opinion is that we should remain in our homes and peacefully comply with all policies handed down to us by our democratically elected government officials. :)

Call your senator. Buy a billboard, if you can afford it. Add a banner to memes with info. Draw a webcomic.

Hi five anon
>>
getting real tired of these fucking people trying to always protect the kids. its always to protect the kids. fuck you, the adults on the internet need to be adults. the parents should be watching their kids online not the government. you cant push this shit on everyone and claim its for the kids. its a bullshit excuse for more mass surveillance
>>
>>109195567
Yea it's almost like they don't want children to be able to use the internet. I'm sure we have nothing to worry about from the pedophiles that make the laws.
>>
The biggest issue with stopping it is that no one knows about it and what it will do unlike KOSA back a few years ago. Spam social media about it to get the word out.
>>
>>109195297
KIDS act.
But the people on the Epstein file are too big and important to prosecute.

Curiouser and curiouser.
>>
>>109195567
In Mexico, the government failed to collect enough phone numbers with IDs. So they are planning to slowly remove it one by one per last number.

Why can’t you cowards do that, i was willing to kill my phone number to only be contacted by other means. The future of Mexico will not be dependent on phone service anymore.

>Doesn't know Boomers don't know tech.
It'll pass, just like the Patriot act.

No joke, I'm simply going to disconnect from the internet. As a GenX I grew up before it was a thing, and I'll live without. Any service that demands my ID can get fucked
>but whatabout X, Y or Z?
All required government services like getting tags for my car or insurance has to serve the disabled and will retain services for people who are, say, visually impaired. There simply is no way to force EVERYTHING to go online-only, every "essential" service must maintain some form of utilizing them by phone or in person or else they are violating disability laws, so don't let anyone fear monger you into thinking you can't do the bare minimum basics you need to function in society. I can do my banking in person. I will literally drop Amazon, email services, whatever.

YOUR only hope is that enough people like me cause enough financial loss that the companies step in and beg the government to change things back. Facebook sells ads that "count" if you simply scroll past them, you don't even have to click on them

I trust NO ONE to keep my data secure. Even Target had that massive hack years ago on their Red card, how many others have also been hacked? I will not comply, period.

I will consume less. I will not factor in to anyone's numbers for their Ad spends. I can go back to reading paperback books, hiking, and learn how to get into painting with watercolors if I get bored enough.

There are no more social media platforms that aren't completely tainted, not just with shills, not just with bots, but also with some of the dumbest fucking morons posting. If you've ever taken a break from social media, you've no doubt noticed how much better your life becomes. Remember our break last year when 4chan was hacked and down for a few months?

Goodbye YouTube. Goodbye 4chan. Goodbye Amazon. Goodbye Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), any other platform. I lived just fine before you, I'll miss a few things, but like all cancer treatments you lose some good to get rid of the bad.
>>
>>109200721
>KIDS act.
>But the people on the Epstein file are too big and important to prosecute.
Wants to protect the kids, WONT prosecute any of Epstein's clients, the trafficker who apparently trafficked to......nobody?
Wants to implement Voter ID (supposedly), but instead mandates ID to post online.

Our only hope really lies in the normies not rolling over and complying. They obviously didn't get as high of a compliance rate during Covid as they wanted, which is why businesses relaxed so many demands over time.

What is eBay going to do if their sales plummets?
What is Amazon going to do if their sales plummet?
What is YouTube going to do? Facebook has already been spiralling into desperation after they lost so many people to other platforms that they've been using AI bots to "spur engagement" of the remaining users. What will they do if people stop browsing?

It's ALL a giant shit-test. Seriously, a boycott of internet spending and browsing get the companies to speak up. Imagine a single day where nobody logs in or browses X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Currently the companies are cowards and don't want to publicly go against a "for the kids" act, you need to let them know the optics are far worse for them to support this totalitarism.

MONEY is your answer. THAT is how you stop this. Email companies, let them know how much you have enjoyed supporting them in the past, and let them know you won't continue if you're forced to Show Papers or Pick Up That Can, Citizen!

How much info does your city have on you to charge you for water? Your electric company? Your bank? You pick on Target, but it's easy not to have a Target card. On the other hand it's not so easy to keep your data from Equifax, a company nobody ever knowingly gave their info to, and who leaked info on what, tens of millions of people?

Kek. Same. I've already uninstalled Facebook. It's almost a blessing how they've made it easier to quit so many things by turning to shit over the years. I kept it only because my local community would post where the speed cameras are, I just set cruise control, and now I'll just assume they're everywhere and do without Facebook. I'm honestly thinking of going to some local antique stores to see what I can find for cheap paperbacks just to wean off the digital life.

This will continue until you start reporting the criminals for creating bills to collect the data of kids and start reporting it for violation of human rights

you have no idea how frustrating it is to read everyone "no one wants this" instead of reporting it to the ftc or human rights orgs
this will continue until it goes to court, it wil always should be reported no matter how legal, but retards will do anything except the one thing that can work, create paper trail of rights violations
>>
then you have the retards who say. I wuill simply not use it, these monkey are the worst, THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT YOU ABSOLUTE MONGOLOID
The whole point if to control the speech
>>
>>109200844
you wont do shit
>>
>>109201104
My point is that you won't have a choice but to trust in some cases, and even corporations you would never trust still have your data. It takes a lot more than paying your bills in person to escape from the botnet, and simply being alive before doesn't mean you have the willpower or means required to resist. If you have those things, why did you wait until everything was so near to collapse to exercise them?

Actual example to what to report
Reminder that Ken Paxton is using age verification to aid human traffic and to deliver American data to foreign countries
There are now databases of devices used by children and she aided them to gather the data.
If private companies can keep track of your ID they can keep track of which devices and accounts are not using them, they created a risk map for human traffickers and a human catalog for the government and private companies
Are you fine with Google having the info of the devices of your kids after elsagate?
Are you fine with Palantir delivering your political data to Israel
Are you fine with other countries using services from China to verify your identity and keep track of your political beliefs?
Age verification is an act of treason over the first amendment, they aid criminals to keep track of your political beliefs and they are abusing them

https://www.texastribune.org/2026/05/28/texas-apple-google-app-store-age-verification/

This all started because SCOTUS ignored the constitution over age verification, now foreign countries are using identity thief to target americans, it already happened in sweden, they even opened bank accounts with bio metric data
>>
>>109201159
>you wont do shit
Correct, I won't upload my ID. I have already uninstalled Facebook. I won't BUY shit. Glowie scum.
>My point is that you won't have a choice but to trust in some cases
Who did I say I was trusting? Are you trying to say even the DMV can get breached? Because.......NO SHIT, SHERLOCK! Do you always attempt to engage in conversations by spouting basic bitch shit that everyone already knows? Do you feel empowered or smarter now for participating? Oh, fucking WOE is ME that I'll be walking away from social media where retards want to tell me that water is wet and be applauded for saying so! Gee Whiz what a fucking loss! You're either incredibly stupid or just a basic bitch bot.

There is also the side of electoral manipulation

Limiting minors from access to social media is a form of interference with democracy

https://www.cnbc.com/2025/12/12/reddit-challenges-australia-under-16-teen-social-media-ban-high-court.html

Some minors did the same in australia, but more people need to report these things and call it

The best thing to report is that age verification allows your ID to go to foreing countries and it is a national security matter

There is also the technical part where they are asking you for a copy of your property, and delivering it to foreign countries like discord did that is piracy, you need to point it out to companies, make google be aware of your removal of your permission to copy and distribute that content
>>
>>109201236
nigger moment
>>
And for the love of God stop asking to block minors from accessing porn or social media you absolute jews

instead point out how the international standard by the un is allowing them access to both and is considered age and sexual orientation discrimination

https://www.icj.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Principles-Report_English.pdf

you either follow this one or forever become a golem censored
>>
>>109201276
"March 8 principles" do in fact say that minors should have access to porn for those lazy fucks that can;t read

>these principles may also assist in considering more broadly the question of which other conduct should not be criminalized [...] for example, those proscribing: apostasy; blasphemy; truancy; defamation; libel; propaganda; public nuisance; loitering; vagrancy; immorality; public indecency; same-sex marriage; the promotion of homosexuality; obscenity and sexual speech; certain kinds of pornography; non-exploitative surrogacy

Because minors do have in fact a right to sex speech (in fact the US recognizes porn as protected by the first amendment)

“We must acknowledge that these laws not only violate human rights, but the fundamental principles of criminal law themselves,” he said.

https://www.unaids.org/en/resources/presscentre/featurestories/2023/march/20230308_new-legal-principles-decriminalization
>>
>>109195567
It's being lobbied globally by Meta because this being law means OS level verification, which means they can pass their site verifications to act on that "in good faith", which means they won't get fined 40 billion dollars for Instagram being full of kids (which they know about).

Yeah, it's more important to bribe politicians on the entire planet, than it is to ban a million kids from using Instagram.
>>
>>109200721
Stop being so anti semitic.
>>
Also promote those who ask you for an ID to get their article 230 removed, they are using TOS as an editorial action, every time they ask to comply in terms of service for something related to speech they are deciding for you what you can publish, and even sometimes block you from publishing without using a pseudonym or anonymity, they do this by correlating you to a username, in other words they are taking responsibility of your username handles and deciding how you can publish.

Google is abusing their monopolistic position to coerce speech (via ID verification) to go through them

By deciding who has access to "information provided by another information content provider" from third parties they are working as a publisher / speaker instead of a "provider or user of an interactive computer service" and the Section 230 (originally part of the Communications Decency Act)"
They are forcing other "provider or user of an interactive computer service" like YouTuber or the general public to go thought Google's terms of service to be able to operate, and they are asking you to handle them your property, like a copy of your ID in exchange for it.

Those are editorial actions and speaking in the name of their users, and as such section 230 should not apply.

In the same way, they are also coercing minors to handle over their property like an id or blackmailing them to lose their property (account) unless they transfer their property (and also their speech) to their parents. That is outright a crime.

In other words Google is taking advantage of their market position to coerce speech complaisance via their TOS form their users and using said property for blackmail, meaning they are responsible fro what they publish, including automatic editorial actions, like censorship of comments, shadow banning, obstruction of who can access the legal content, and tracking and abusing minors.
>>
And never forget it endangers minors by creating a "target risk" database of users by private and foreign countries, they are trying two things, control your speech and abuse minors, being it politically or even sexually

It is age and sexual orientation discrimination, never forget that restriction to sex expression is a form stigma, abuse and even conversion therapy and as suc minors havea right to access it without permission from their parents

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2666622723000801

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10006235/

And that the scientific consensus is that porn is not harmful, but instead "Moral Incongruence" has a higher correlation with what how porn has been claimed harms minors, if they don't block minors from accessing religion, they already failed to justify violating a constitutional right about something with less correlation and that prohibition demonstrates is actually harmful

meat study that correlates religion higher wiht harms to sexuality compared to porn

To the Feds, I'll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country. To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn't working with anyone. This was fairly trivial: some elementary social engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience. The spiral notebook, if present, has some straggling notes and To Do lists that illuminate the gist of it. My tech is pretty locked down because I work in engineering so probably not much info there. I do apologize for any strife of traumas but it had to be done. Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming. A reminder: the US has the #1 most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank roughly #42 in life expectancy. United is the [indecipherable] largest company in the US by market cap, behind only Apple, Google, Walmart. It has grown and grown, but as [sic] our life expectancy? No the reality is, these [indecipherable] have simply gotten too powerful, and they continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed [sic] them to get away with it. Obviously the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument. But many have illuminated the corruption and greed (e.g.: Rosenthal, Moore), decades ago and the problems simply remain. It is not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power games at play. Evidently I am the first to face it with such brutal honesty.
