you could perhaps talk to him about itif you want to be a fag about it, you could setup an AP of your own but clone his AP's SSID and BSSID to fool his devices into trying to connect to yours, or instead maybe blast interference on the same channel as his (will require a script to monitor his AP if it has automatic channel switching)

A friend of mine cyberbullied my neighbour into changing his. He just made a guest network that didn't have internet access, named it the same as the network he was annoyed by and let the days tick away until the neighbour changed it out of frustration. He even did it multiple times until the neighbour eventully just left it at the generic name of the router.
