It's much more likely there is a vulnerability in AOSP itself, and thus every android phone. The funny thing is, the biggest vulnerabilities that have been discovered in AOSP were not applicable to GrapheneOS because of their extra hardening. And even without those mitigations, GrapheneOS ships security updates that fix major vulnerabilities before anyone else.
