Even better yet, crawl the linkedin profiles of the people who recently started working there (ask ai to write a script for that), analyse the way they write their profiles there, then ask the ai to write it in a similar style. It wont be perfect but the assumption that these people who got hired recently write similar on linkedin as they do in their CVs (which got them the job) is solid.
