I don't care all that much about privacy because i'm using windows after all. I just don't want a browser that leaks ram like crazy, firefox fucking sucks

Why? Are you a RAMlet? You're not a RAMlet are you? How much RAM do you have?

If on Windows, Firefox 32-bit (with accessibility.force_disabled set to 1, a known memory leaker). It will crash a tab if it tries to go beyond 2GB, and I'm noticing GPU Process (in about:processes) doesn't leak memory unlike in the 64-bit version.

I'll vouch for Helium, but really all I know is that while Zen is nice its RAM usage is fucking horrendous. might switch back at some point

i thought all browser did this in caching? You can probably limit it in about:options but otherwise iirc if you start to run out of ram itll drop it. Also for everyone else here cool test to see how much ram is cached (apart from opening top et al.) is to run sysctl -w vm.drop_caches=3 (or something like that, probably distro dependant) and itll drop cached ram.
