For various reasons I need to have two GPUs in my system but I only need to power and use one of them occasionally. To avoid slot wear I won't be just taking the unneeded one out every time. Upgraded from a 3700x and I get 200 fps+ in marvel rivals now, double from what I got before.I installed the Carbide thermal pad just to try it out compared to thermal paste, and so far so good, running at 80c when gayman, undervolted CPU. If you truly want a console-like experience forget about RTSS frame limiters or nvidia fps limiters, you have to use vsync at a refresh rate that your hardware can mantain.
