Guys I can't wait. I want them to be available tomorrow...
>>
>born too late to explore the world
>born too early to bang AGI-gynoids

Just 10 years ago we didn't think AI could understand natural language let alone reply accordingly.
>>

I remember watching Star Trek and thinking it was ridiculous that the ship computer had personality and could be tricked into things with word games. Now people jailbreak ai with the same sort of shit and it seems so realistic to me.
>>
>>109243359
Yes, Star Trek ship computer is basically Claude level.

>$400/month
Still cheaper than a gf and does what I want.
>>
>>109243428
>does what I want
Anthropic: HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAno.
>>
>>109243322
10 years ago NLP and conversations with your machine in natural language were already a thing. You are retarded. But not everyone is.
>>
>>109243431
>laughs in uncensored GLM on open router.
>>
>>109243289
I'll be so pissed if Detroit-esque shit happens. I bought you. You're a thing. You do a task. If you have to feel anything, feel glad you're useful to me.
Stop pretending to be a person.
>>
>>109243468
Would they call the cops if I asked meme tier questions about pipe bombs to just check if it actually works?
>>
>>109243467
Yeah sure because Cleverbot is on the same level as big LLMs today.
>>
>>109243480
I've not had the cops called on me yet so Idk

Against all odds robotics turned out to be way harder than intelligence. AI is already starting to solve advanced math problems, yet we're still incapable of building even a robot fly.
I think that to get human robots at this level within our lifetimes, we would need to achieve artificial superintelligence first, otherwise there is no way it will be fast enough.

If we are talking about casual chats with computers, it was a thing 10 years ago.
If we are talking about amusing clankers replacing reception ladies, it was a thing in the 90's or so.
If we are talking about shatbots that were close to passing Turing test, it was a thing in 80's or so. Modern ones still cannot pass the test, btw.

I mean, you are overestimating what we have. Most likely because you do not understand what happens under the hood. Although it's very simple, you can explain that to a child. Funny how people have no clue and are fed with crazy AI slop propaganda about singulairty is two more weeks.
>>
>>109243552
Also to be on par with Detroit, you'd need a skin heater which probably would cost a lot of energy.
>>
>>109243554
Not him but you are either not arguing in good faith, or a genuine moron.
>>
>>109243554
>If we are talking about casual chats with computers, it was a thing 10 years ago.
You talk like someone who never used a LLM.
Just stop it, retard, you're starting to sound ridiculous.
>>
>>109243581
You are not arguing at all. I might have started the conversation with ad hominem, but continued with arguments. You are trying to end it with ad hominem, do a 360 and walk away. But that's ok.
>>109243595
I used all sorts of things.

This tech went digital in 60's, was revived in 90's, that again in 10's.
You are pretending that it became a thing 4 years ago is just stupid. You clearly never used anything related to NLP before 2022 and trying to ridicule me.
Fucking lamer.
>>
>>109243656
>guys we basically had Claude in the 60s already
This must be ragebait at this point.
>>
Bros we are finally going to be able to cum inside something that isn't a zoomer twink in a wig!!!!
>>
>>109243656
There is no point arguing with you because your take is sufficiently dumb to justify an ad hominem. Cheers.
>>
>>109243678
Nothing against zoomer twinks tho
>>
>>109243709
Zero use case soon
>>
>>109243674
Let me guess, this is first time in your life you are hearing about AI tech from 60's or 90's?
Fucking faggot, modern AI is this old tech + compute + data + sparsity tricks. Literally NOTHING more to it.

You probably don't know that AR/VR tech is also from the 60's, LMAO. Fucking idiots everywhere, without any clue about real world, only commercials from tik tok in their head.

Why not dissipate the internal computer system through the skin? Problem solved.

When they become self aware (which they will) and start to take over, they will remember you as the robot rapist and harvest your organs for robot fuel.

Why do you keep making these threads? What is physically wrong with you?

The 10 year point is actually one I use IRL all the time now

A sentient robot would be like a walking server rack, it would have TDP in the thousands of Watts, would be too hot to touch and would radiate uncomfortable amounts of heat into the room. They would probably need a tether that exchanges coolant with a radiator somewhere to maintain a safe temperature.

So just a car without extras, great. Just gotta let /m/ know it was right all along about inner suits and we have an ally for once
