When you find its sweet spot, it does decent MUD output, therefore right now I am not sure which things need built

I don't know, man. I used to agree with you but I just vibed an android app and I don't know the first thing about android development and I wouldn't want to learn Java even if my life depended on it.
It does literally everything I need it to do and I didn't have to waste time planning, designing the architecture, writing tests or reading code. Maybe micromanaging the bots was slowing me down.
Who cares if it's slop? The AI will be the one maintaining it, not me.
