>>109264451the int-x quants arent really faster, mainly because comfy does an expansion to fp/bf16 internally (or higher if you set the command line). the int-x's are basically like a compressed file with variable lossiness. ggufs are similar but even more lossy from my understanding. if your nvidia card can handle the specific quant, it's faster at the process. that's also why ggufs can be slower than fp8/fp16 even if they are smaller, the expansion makes it even slower than the int-x'si think that's how it goes anyway
