A lot of mmos, especially oldschool, are designed with a surprising amount of latency tolerance. Runescape, EVE, and Everquest spring to mind. And then there's MMOs like OGame where latency is almost a non-problem. That said, they will just ban Tor and arrest crypto nerds for domestic terrorism. Cattle should know its place.
