I allowed Windows 10 to update after many months, then booted up Jagged Alliance 3 and minutes later my PSU exploded. The sparks were so bright, large and numerous that I genuinely think I saw an open flame starting to form for a split second. I'm sure it's a coincidence, but still. It's not a particularly intensive game (although not amazingly optimised) and I had played it before the same day, the only difference was the update. I don't know what I'm getting at, laugh at my misfortune if you must.
fake and retarded linux nigger spotted calling idf gods to drop a guided missile on your head
>>109258513I'd post a pic of the damage, but I don't care if you believe me.
>>109258523NTA, can we see?
>>109258523I'd like to see! To contribute, my PSU popped something once but didn't create any visible sparks, just smell. Thankfully every component was okay besides the PSU needing a replacement
>>109258672>>109258747My dad already took it apart. He initially thought he might be able to fix it (despite the fireball I described to him as well), then said the transformer's probably toast. I have no idea what that means, I'm clueless about hardware. Oh well, I'll get a new one tomorrow. I have no idea why all my hardware issues happen over the weekends.
