Are there any keyboards that are remotely as good as WASD Keyboards used to be or is the entire keyboard industry really just an overengineered, RGB-infested, tenkeyless-fetishizing fagfest by now?

seems to be the case, i noticed it's getting harder to find wired keyboards lately. why would you need a wireless keyboard? the cord doesn't get in the way. you place your keyboard in a specific spot on your desk, and then it spends it's entire lifetime in that spot a few feet from your desktop until it dies.
i couldn't find any 100% mechanical keyboards i'd be happy with, so i looked into the custom route, but when i search, apparently that's even more fag-laden and they basically just don't offer 100% pcbs, it's all compact cuck shit.
these fuckers buy 60% keyboards and then get the rest as a "numpad". retards, that's the other 40% of your keyboard

I dunno I just have a basic ass wired keychron, it does the needful (so far) and was reasonably priced (like $30 iirc?).

It is a TKL but they make a full version too (at least they did when I bought it a few years ago).

I got a kerychron Q6 QMK. I recently updated my linux (Fedora KDE) and now my colour profile is gone and the webapp usevia no longer loads in my browser. I tried using the tool from the keychron website but despite connecting my keyboard via the window prompting me to do so, it also never loads. I kind of like marking certain keys, especially set up a separate light-up function for CAPSLOCK SO i CAN IMMEDIATELLY SEE FROM THE CORNER OF MY EYEW HEN i LEFT IT ON BY ACCIDENT1

You can still find sane products in the sea of quirky bullshit, it just won't be easy or cheap.

I wanted to get a unicomp endura pro because of IBM M + nipple but they are still not shipping outside of the US, at least they're producing them again after stopping during the pandemic. So I got a tex shinobi instead.

I paid out of my ass for one of those Model F reproductions. I'm pretty fucking happy with it though, just gotta wait for the replacement keycaps to arrive (both Controls and F18 got broken in shipping) and it'll all be finished.

I can imagine. I was waiting for years to be allowed to even buy an endura pro. Also tex ships so slowly I had to wait three months I believe for my shinobi. Pretty happy with it thoughbeit

I waited like two months for mine and I'll still have to wait for those replacements, in the meantime I stuffed the springs with paracord strands and now I'm about to get some PE foam and polyfill to get rid of the case echo. After that it should sound the way I want it to sound. It's pretty fun modding it like this.
