I really like Mint. Cinnamon is familiar coming from Windows, the App Store flatpaks work (even if some are out of date like Calibre). XFCE is simple, cozy and works on my ancient laptop. Mint is a great option for grass touching normies and grannies.

its a more stable more reliable highly customizable open source free operating system, which requires higher IQ to use, but the result is very MacOS like experience
