Geany is great for developing GEGL plugins. Better then that under 5mb of RAM xnedit I've been using. xnedit is great for larping as a extreme minimalist but Geany is still very light and easy to use, and also more minimalist then xnedit is "micro" that is in the kilobytes

also I noticed the name "Enrico" in that screenshot, that name is a associated with an alt right chud who's so call to fame was being called out by Torvalds for Covid Vaccine conspiracies, he also promoted nazi WW2 revisionism in 2018. While I do not follow Enrico I know he went on Byran Grift Duke's poddcast.

Though the last name is Enrico Troger not Weigeit

I use geany in my old 2013 mini PC for Python. VSC lags, but Geany doesn't.

This. I make CAD drawings, model businesses, write all my emails and texts, and of course program in my text editor. It's the primary interface to my computer. Nothing gets close to the ergonomics and efficiency.
