Thermalrights new cooler: it has LCD screen which says temperature

https://www.thermalright.com/product/royal-pretor-130-vision-black/

Screen resolution 480x480 you could technically put an image in it as well, like a small banner or something

480x480 is certainly more than enough to display numbers. Maybe you could display temperatures and in addition put in a nice animated frog next to it. Some programming required.

You connect the monitor into motherboards freely available USB 2.0 header, there are usually more than one, and you need usually only one for your PC casings extra USBs because these days you need USB 3 more and because all cases now come equipped with USB ports and there may be no USB 2 on a PC case at all (they still can be found in motherboards regardless of other factors). Or you can tinker around with adapters and put a cable into back of the motherboard (motherboard USB connectors)

Screens size is 3.5 inches. The cooler is massive.

It has 130mm fans, TL-HD13-X28. Top speed is 1750 RPM but it can go lower and become quiet.

see: adapters which turn a USB 2 header cable into actual USB 2 ports, do exist

I bought a cooler form the same company and it's quite loud for an aftermarket. Instead of a hrrgn kind of sound you hear form a stock AMD cooler, you get whOoOoOoOh.
